What To Know
We help place freelance and full time roles at creative agencies that are typically small to mid size (up to 200 employees) and mostly in entertainment marketing and branding. We have worked with companies including Compadre, Buddha Jones, hi5.agency, Kamp Grizzly, Linderman and Associates, Los York, Mark Woollen and Associates, MOCEAN, and Workshop Creative. While boutique entertainment agencies are our sweet spot, we also have contacts at larger agencies, brands and studios in tech, auto, fashion, education and many other industries that we can share your info with.
Who We Work With
We are contracted by agencies for placements so all fees are paid for by them, not you. We are paid by the agency in the form of a retainer, commission or contract fee which is not deducted from your freelance rate or full time salary - it’s in addition. That said, if you’re looking to invest in your future - our Career Coaching service is always a good option. :)
Who Pays for What
While we will do our best to find you a role as soon as possible, we focus on finding you the right role not just any open roles. We believe in transparency and if based on our conversation about a role that doesn’t feel like a good fit - we will let you know. Once you’re on the shortlist, we will keep you mind for any opportunity that might be a good fit and contact you then.
